Just In Health Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information provided to Just In Health will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Wellness Support with Dr. Justin

Dr. Justin is not a medical doctor and does not treat medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, contact your primary care physician or dial 911.

Dr. Justin is not providing chiropractic treatment.

Dr. Justin does not diagnose or treat medical diseases. His work focuses on supporting physical and chemical stress imbalances with the goal of promoting wellness.

Patients seen via phone or video should understand there are limitations to virtual care. It is important that all patients have seen their primary care physician in the last year for an in-person exam to rule out any disease pathologies or health issues that may not be fully addressed virtually. By working with Dr. Justin, you acknowledge that you have seen or will see your primary care physician for an in-person consultation and examination.
Communication Outside of Scheduled Consults

Email is acceptable for brief, yes-or-no questions or simple clarifications that can be answered in 1–2 sentences.

For treatment-related questions, changes in symptoms, or more complex issues, please schedule a consultation so your concerns can be fully addressed.

If no time is available on the calendar, please email and call the office so we can find a time to fit you in.

If you do not hear back after several days, please follow up with a phone call.

Dr. Justin is not a medical doctor. For emergencies, call 911. For prescription medication refills, please contact the original prescribing physician.
Cancellation Policy
-
If you cannot keep your appointment, please reschedule online using the clinic's scheduling system (Full Slate). For additional instructions, click here.

The office requires at least 3 business days' notice before your scheduled consult to avoid a missed consult fee equal to the value of the appointment.

Cancellations must be made via our online system or by email. Texting or using non-email platforms (e.g., Skype, WhatsApp) is not monitored and is not an accepted method of cancellation.

Please ensure you are receiving appointment confirmations and reminders. If not, mark these emails as friendly and also manually add appointments to your calendar.

As a courtesy, our system will email reminders on the day your appointment is booked and 1–7 days before your consult. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to email or spam filters. Not receiving a reminder email is not an acceptable excuse for a missed consult.

If the doctor is running late, you must be available for the full consult window. A missed consult fee will be charged if you are unavailable.
Consult Fees

New patient consultation with Dr. J: $399.

After-hours consults incur an additional $100 fee.

Follow-up consultations (existing patients only):

45–60 minutes: $299
-
30–45 minutes: $225
-
1–30 minutes: $150 (used at Dr. J’s discretion, not bookable online by patients)

Payment is due at the time of consultation. A late fee of $5 per day is applied to bills unpaid after 48 hours.
Consultations are billed for actual time used, not the block you schedule. The doctor will focus on clinical care and will not track time for patients.
The patient is responsible for payment for all services rendered. If care is suspended or terminated for any reason, any outstanding fees, including missed consult fees, are immediately due. Just In Health reserves the right to charge the card on file if payment is not made promptly. Any unpaid invoices may be sent to collections.
6-Month Consultation Policy

If more than 6 months have passed since your last consultation, a new patient consult may be required.

The longer the gap, the more time and clinical effort is needed to properly evaluate your case and update your program.

This policy is ultimately at Dr. Justin’s discretion, based on clinical judgment and case complexity.

Policies are subject to change and will be reflected in the most current Terms of Service and New Patient Forms.
Lab Tests

The results of your lab test(s) will be sent to Dr. Justin 2 to 4 weeks after mailing your specimens.

Dr. Justin will evaluate the results, and you will be contacted to schedule a follow-up appointment if not already scheduled.

Per policy, lab results will not be released until all balances are paid in full and a follow-up consultation is completed. Releasing labs without context goes against clinical standards and reduces their value.

Dr. J can typically review 1–3 shorter labs in a new patient consult. Additional pre-review may require a lab interpretation fee of $100–$300, depending on the number of pages.
Lab Results Policy:

Lab results are emailed the day before your scheduled follow-up consult.

We hold results until this time to avoid causing unnecessary anxiety, distress, and sleepless nights.

We strongly believe in reviewing results directly with Dr. J, to provide context and ensure you fully understand your next steps.

If patients choose to cancel after receiving their results, they may do so; however, we encourage everyone to wait and review together to minimize worry.
Late Fees

Our invoicing software automatically applies late fees. If you need to adjust your invoice, contact us within the first two business days of receiving it to avoid fees.

If supplements or labs need to be delayed, we can break them into separate invoices to be paid at a later date.

We always waive late fees one time for new patients as a courtesy.
Information Resale
Just In Health does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected on our site.
Website Data
Just In Health analyzes website logs to improve site value. These logs are not personally identifiable, and we do not link them to individual visitors.
Email Privacy
We maintain email lists only for individuals who request to join. We do not sell or rent these lists.
Return/Exchange Policy
All product sales on www.JustInHealth.com are final and binding.
Recorded Products
All sales of recorded educational materials are final, without exception.
Supplement Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on supplement orders over $199 (within mainland U.S.). Orders under $199 have a $10.50 flat rate.

All ingredients are listed online; patients are responsible for checking allergens before ordering. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

International orders are shipped by USPS Mail International Priority. Contact us for expedited options (e.g., UPS Worldwide). International shipping fees will be invoiced separately after calculating distance and weight.

The clinic is not responsible for packages shipped to the address approved on the invoice, including lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for packages seized by customs or for any VAT/customs fees.

We do not provide refunds on shipping fees.

Products by Dr. Justin carry a 30-day limited warranty against defects. Missing items must be reported within one week of receipt.
Return Policy & Refunds

All sales of supplements and laboratory tests are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once purchased.

We do not replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Any fraudulent chargeback claims will be disputed and may be sent to collections.

Products by Dr. Justin have a 30-day limited warranty against defects. Missing items must be reported within one week of receipt.
Products Purchased from Resellers
If you purchased through a reseller, returns must be handled directly with them.

Super-Bills

All receipts provided at checkout contain CPT codes and ICD-10 codes, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

To submit a claim, we recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card for instructions.

Please note that the doctor and clinic are not responsible for insurance claims that are not reimbursed.
- Super-bill adjustments are subject to a $5 administrative fee per receipt.

Any in-depth paperwork requiring Dr. Justin’s completion will be billed at the doctor’s hourly rate.
