We know plans change, and updating your appointment only takes a minute. This page walks you through exactly how to do it, and the notice we need so the schedule stays fair for every patient. No surprises.
All cancellations and reschedules require at least 3 business days notice and must be made online at justinhealth.com/schedule. We do not cancel or reschedule appointments by phone, text, or voicemail, and requests made through those channels will not be processed.
Appointments changed inside the 3 business day window, or missed entirely, are charged the full value of the scheduled visit.
Late openings are very difficult to fill, which means Dr. Justin’s consult time goes to waste when another patient could have used that spot. Advance notice keeps the schedule full, keeps wait times shorter for everyone, and lets our team focus on patients actively in care instead of scrambling to fill last minute changes.
Go to justinhealth.com/schedule and click the Login button in the top right corner. No password yet? Click Forgot Password and use the same email address you scheduled with. The reset link goes to that email. Then log in and manage your appointment.
Every reminder email includes a Modify link, no login required. Click it and you will be able to Reschedule your consult to a new date or time, or Cancel it and rebook later when you are ready. Tip: search your inbox for office@justinhealth.com and your reminders will come right up.
Please reschedule rather than cancel whenever you can. Rescheduling keeps you on the calendar, and long gaps between consults tend to decrease results and make it harder to stay consistent with your plan. Moving your visit to a new time protects the momentum you have built.
Step by step instructions for both methods are at justinhealth.com/reschedule.
If you cannot log in and cannot locate a reminder email, email us at office@justinhealth.com before your 3 business day window closes. Include your full name and your appointment date and time so we can locate your file right away. Emails are processed during regular business hours. If you email over the weekend or while the office is closed, your request must still be outside the 3 business day window at the time the office actually receives it on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Notice is measured to the time of your appointment, not the end of the day. Your deadline is the same time of day as your consult, 3 business days earlier. For example, a Thursday 9:00 AM consult must be changed by Monday 9:00 AM that same week. Monday at 2:00 PM would be inside the window. Use this quick reference:
| Appointment day | Change it by this day, at your appointment time |
|---|---|
| Monday | Wednesday the week before |
| Tuesday | Thursday the week before |
| Wednesday | Friday the week before |
| Thursday | Monday that same week |
| Friday | Tuesday that same week |
All deadlines are your appointment time, Central Time. A holiday during the notice period moves your deadline one business day earlier. The time you complete the change online is what counts toward the notice window.
If you log in and the system will not allow the change, you are already inside the 3 business day window. Please make any changes before that window closes.
The missed consult fee equals the full value of the scheduled visit and applies to all appointment types. The policy is applied uniformly so it stays fair to every patient on the schedule. If the invoice is not paid in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge your card on file.
As a courtesy, our scheduling service emails you the day your appointment is booked and again 1 to 7 days before your consult. Every reminder email includes the Modify link described above, where you can Reschedule or Cancel your consult right from the email. Please add office@justinhealth.com to your contacts or safe sender list so these are not filtered, and add the appointment to your personal calendar as a backup. Because of email and spam filters, we cannot guarantee delivery, so the 3 business day notice policy applies whether or not a reminder is received.
