Combining the right types of exercise with right type of nutrition can provide profound changes in how you look, feel and perform. The majority of exercise used in today’s day and age is actually antagonistic to the success the majority of the people are aiming for. Many people are doing the wrong kinds of exercise and are over-training there way into an extra dress size. Like many things in life it’s not about how hard you work, it’s about how smart you work!  Once we educate you on the right exercise for your individual hormonal state you’ll find you may even need to exercise less to achieve the goals you are looking for.
